Bookings.
Other than in-person retreats, bookings close the time the course begins.
In-person retreats, bookings close 24 hours before the course begins.
Please make one booking per person and ensure the booking is under your name. Bookings are non-transferrable.
Special conditions apply to our Online courses.
Online General Program classes are intended only for those who live in Victoria, Tasmania and the Northern Territory. All other online classes/courses/retreats are available to those outside this area who would have intended to join the in-person course under normal circumstances.
Links to online classes/courses/retreats are only intended for those who have registered and should not be shared.

To receive audio recordings you must either have attended in-person, or booked and received the links for an online course. Audio recordings should not be shared or in any way distributed.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations more than 24 hours before the event begins will be refunded all but the 25% non-refundable deposit. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. Our weekly General Program classes are non-refundable.
Exceptions are discretionary and may be made in cases such as bereavement or sickness (including Covid-19 self-isolation or local lockdown), or other reasonably unforeseen circumstances. All such requests must be made in writing to info@kadampa.org.au within 72 hours of the course/retreat start date.
Please note as our payment system does not refund KMC Australia fees in the case of cancellations, we will retain a 10% administration fee on all refunds.

Confirmation.
You will receive an email confirmation as soon as payment has been processed. For online orders this will include the course link.
Accommodation & what to bring.
Single with Ensuite: all linen, including sheet, doona and pillows, and towel is provided.
Single Room: all linen, including sheet, doona and pillows, and towel is provided.
Twin Room: all linen, including sheet, doona and pillows, and towel is provided.
Double Room: all linen, including sheet, doona and pillows, and towel is provided.
Dorm Rooms: sheet and pillow is provided. You will need to bring your own sleeping bag or doona and towel.
Pre-Erected Tent: all linen, including sheet, doona and pillows, and towel is provided.
Camping: you will need to bring everything.
Meals.
Breakfast is included for those who have booked accommodation.
All meals served are vegan, with some non-vegan options such as yoghurt available on the side.
Children.
Children.
Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult at all times. With regret we have no child care facilities and KMCA cannot be held responsible for children whilst on site.
Young Adults: 16 and 17 year olds must be accompanied by an adult over 18.
Discounted Rates For Course Fees:
Children Rate: 0-7yrs FREE
Student Rate: 8-15 yrs – 50%, 16+ - as adult
Concession & Senior (a valid concession or senior card must be shown): 25%
Accommodation outside of classes, workshops and retreats:
Children occupying a bed are required to pay full price (unless 3 years or under and sharing a bed with parents = Free).

Access the Temple and main building are ramped. Toilet facilities are available near the Temple. Please contact us in advance if you have special requirements or restricted mobility and we will do our best to meet your needs.
Mobile Phone Connection.
Because of our rural location and the nature of the buildings, mobile network access is generally very weak. Some networks get no signal at all.

During your visit to KMC Australia, you are requested to please refrain from smoking (incl. electronic cigarettes), taking intoxicants and drinking alcohol in the building and in the grounds.
