Gen Kelsang Rabten is the Resident Teacher of KMC Australia (Dandenong Ranges) and KMC Melbourne (CBD). Ordained in 1994, he has studied under the guidance of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche for 30 years. He has taught in many centres around the world including Australia, New Zealand, and South-East Asia. Gen Rabten exemplifies the essence of the modern Kadampa’s way of life, brings a warm heart and joyful attitude to sharing Buddha’s teachings and the practice of meditation. |

After receiving Guru Tsongkhapa’s powerful blessings, Kelsang Luma will guide a silent retreat on receiving the attainments of the stages of the path and the seven types of wisdom, in conjunction with the Heart Jewel practice.

Lunch and dinner are included in the retreat booking. If you have booked accommodation, breakfast will also be included.
- All meals served will now be vegan with some non-vegan options such as yoghurt available on the side.
- We can no longer guarantee allergen free meals or cater to individual dietary
requirements. Our meals mainly use ingredients which are wheat free or gluten free, however there are times that the meal will contain traces of wheat or gluten, or the side dish is, for example, bread.
