Whether we are trying to manage our stress levels, or make progress in our spiritual and emotional development, on some level, most of us know we need to meditate.
However, it's not uncommon to find it hard to maintain a regular, impactful meditation routine.
One reason for this is that we have no control over what we think and feel during the day, and so when we come to meditate we are mentally exhausted.
In this course, Buddhist Monk Gen Kelsang Dornying will help us set up a sustainable practice both in and out of formal meditation, as well as how to keep the mind peaceful and controlled all day long.
Gen Kelsang Dornying is the Resident Teacher at KMC Melbourne and KMC Australia and has over 18 years experience in teaching meditation and Buddhism. He is inspiring and light-hearted, and makes Buddha's teachings relevant to everyday life.
