Overcoming Negative Self-Talk | 9 July


Being critical of our thoughts and actions can actually help us to become stronger and happier. However, if our internal self-talk is constantly and excessively critical it will block our confidence, limit our potential and cause us to be unfairly critical of those around us.  Therefore, one of the most important things we must become, is our own friend, guide and teacher.

On this uplifting course learn to truly accept the person you are. Through being kinder to yourself you will not only enjoy greater self-esteem and quality of life, but also be able to help and guide the people you love to solve their problems too. 


The teacher of this workshop is Natalie EichelmannNatalie is based at Kadamapa Meditation Centre Australia in Melbourne where she is greatly admired for her kindness and loving example. Her teachings are clear, straight-forward and relate perfectly to busy modern life.
