Our general wellbeing has a huge effect on our ability to carry out every day activities, our relationships and our overall mental health. Overthinking can have a serious impact on that wellbeing and our quality of life.

Signs that you are an over-thinker include: zoning out when people are talking to you due to being lost in our thoughts, unable to enjoy the present moment, sleeplessness and excessive worrying.

The good news is that overthinking is a mental habit, and like all habits, it can be broken. There are patterns to our thinking and just as they’ve been learned, they can be unlearned.

Don’t miss this 4-week course on the simple, effective meditations that guide us to positive habits and settle the mind.
