Don't miss Gen Rabten's first event as Resident Teacher of KMC Australia (Dandenong Ranges) & KMC Melbourne (CBD).

With concentration our mind becomes bright and clear like a cloudless sky and we naturally experience a deep inner strength and mental stability. With this, the pain and turbulence of craving naturally declines and it is easy to remain content. It is said that pure concentration gives us the freedom to accomplish whatever we wish for, whereas, without it, we’re slaves to our distractions and negative tendencies.

Instead of striving for external pleasures, sincere spiritual practitioners yearn for the freedom and suppleness that comes from a concentrated mind.

Silent retreats give us the best opportunity to experience the benefits of concentration. Be guided in step-by-step meditation instructions on how to focus and strengthen the mind. Enjoy increasingly peaceful states of mind and give your spiritual practice an extra boost.
