The Six Perfections - A Silent Retreat | 8 - 13 March

$80.00

The trainings in giving, moral discipline, patience, effort, concentration and wisdom are a special method for living a happy and meaningful life. However, when conjoined with a compassionate motivation wishing to benefit others, they become known as the six perfections, which is the path to full spiritual awakening.

On this silent retreat, Buddhist monk Gen Kelsang Dornying will guide us through each of these meditative trainings.

We will learn:

  • How to transform our life into a spiritual journey
  • How to cultivate authentic love and compassion
  • How we can genuinely benefit others
  • How to practice the methods that lead to enlightenment

Everyone is welcome.

Gen Kelsang Dornying is the Resident Teacher at KMC Melbourne and KMC Australia and has 20 years experience in teaching meditation and Buddhism. He is inspiring and light-hearted, and makes Buddha's teachings relevant to everyday life.
