In this course, you'll discover practical and inspiring instructions on how to cherish both yourself and others. Learn how to navigate challenging relationships with grace and understanding, cultivating love and compassion in every interaction. With peace and love in our hearts, our relationships will become more rewarding and long-lasting. As we develop qualities such as compassion, tolerance, acceptance, empathy, patience, generosity, and kindness, we'll not only enrich our connections with others but also foster a deep sense of self-love and appreciation.

This class is taught by Damian Auton. Damian is an experienced practitioner who has been teaching Kadampa Buddhism for a decade. Damian is a kind and caring practitioner, who is much loved for his laid-back and easy to relate to teachings.
