In today’s fast-paced world, anxiety and stress are widespread, making life feel overwhelming and difficult. This course equips you with meditation tools to help manage stress and change how you respond to your thoughts and emotions.

Discover how meditation helps you manage stress by showing you that many fears and negative feelings come from the mind. Through meditation, you’ll learn how to control these emotions.

In this course, you’ll learn how to:

- Find inner peace, no matter what’s happening around you

- Break free from overthinking

- Discover happiness with easy, practical techniques

This class is taught by Damian Auton. Damian is an experienced practitioner who has been teaching Kadampa Buddhism for a decade. Damian is a kind and caring practitioner, who is much loved for his laid-back and easy to relate to teachings.
