Discover the transformative power of concentration and how it brings inner strength, clarity, and freedom from distractions. With a focused mind, we naturally experience deep contentment, and the turbulence of craving and negativity begins to fade. It is said that pure concentration allows us to accomplish whatever we set our minds to, while without it, we remain bound by restlessness and distraction.

This course offers practical methods to develop unwavering focus and mental stability. By training in concentration we can cultivate lasting inner peace, greater mindfulness, and a deep sense of purpose on our spiritual path.

Teacher.

This class is taught by Damian Auton. Damian is an experienced practitioner who has been teaching Kadampa Buddhism for a decade. Damian is a kind and caring practitioner, who is much loved for his laid-back and easy to relate to teachings.
