If we want to free ourselves from the suffering in our life we need to understand our mind. By carefully observing what is happening inside ourselves, we will recognise the thought patterns and mechanisms keeping us trapped in a cycle of unhappiness.
Once we have seen clearly what is binding us and stimulating our agitated states of mind we will be in a position to reduce and finally eliminate these mechanisms completely.
Join us on this powerful three week course to acquire the essential skills for this important inner journey, a new, happy life awaits.
The teacher of this class is Gerry Bensoussan. Gerry is an experienced and well-loved teacher in the new Kadampa Tradition.
