If we want to free ourselves from the suffering in our life we need to understand our mind. Through carefully observing what is happening inside of our ourselves we will be able to recognise the thought patterns and mechanisms that are keeping us trapped in a cycle of unhappiness.
Once we have seen clearly what is binding us and stimulating our agitated states of mind we will be in a position to reduce and finally eliminate these mechanisms completely.
Join us on this powerful three week course to acquire the essential skills for this important inner journey, a new, happy life awaits.
