Thank you for your understanding.

We have been running meditation classes in Melbourne for almost 20 years. Combining heritage charm, unique architectural features and modern furnishings, our space provides a modern-day oasis - the perfect venue for enjoying inner peace.

Kadampa Meditation Centre (KMC) Melbourne offers a range of classes, workshops, and special events suitable for all levels of experience and everyone is welcome. We also offer an in-depth study program for those wishing to increase their understanding of Buddhism.

KMCM is a non-profit organisation whose aim is to create peace and harmony within our world. All proceeds go towards this aim, and specifically for building International Temples for World Peace.

Classes.

Our classes offer simple, practical methods to improve the quality of our life and develop inner peace through meditation and Buddhist teachings.

Classes consist of two guided meditations and a teaching to help us solve our daily problems and find the lasting happiness we seek. No prior experience needed and you can join anytime. Everyone is welcome.
