A Journey Through Grief: Embracing Change & Releasing Pain Meditation Workshop | Sat 24 Oct 2026 | Brunswick
Meditation Workshop
Grief and unwanted change are part of life, yet when we lose someone we love or face difficult transitions, the pain can feel overwhelming. In these moments, we often realise how much of our happiness and security depended on people and circumstances remaining the same.
Buddha taught that change is a natural part of life, and that through wisdom, compassion, and meditation we can gradually transform grief into inner strength and peace. This course will explore practical ways to navigate loss with greater resilience, clarity, and hope.
