How To Solve Our Human Problems: The Four Noble Truths | Public Talk | Thur 29 Oct 2026 | Brunswick
If the way we’ve been trying to solve our problems really worked, we would be running out of problems, but new problems keep appearing and the old ones often come back to haunt us. In his teachings on the Four Noble Truths, Buddha encourages us to examine and look into our problems with wisdom, instead of running away from them. By doing so, we will actually discover the path that leads to real solutions and be able to solve our problems once and for all.
Through Buddhist meditation and practical wisdom, we can put these teachings into practice. By examining some fundamental truths about our mind and life in general, we will gain clear insight into what we need to do to find the happy, peaceful life we’ve always wanted. As our wisdom grows, we’ll naturally stop getting annoyed or irritated by others, however they behave.
Join this special public talk with visiting teacher Gen Kelsang Tonglam and discover practical methods for a better, happier life.
