Our classes provide practical methods for improving the quality of our lives and developing inner peace through meditation and Buddhist teachings. The in-person setting fosters a supportive community and offers real-time interaction with the teacher for personalized guidance.
Classes include guided meditations and teachings to help us solve our daily problems and find the lasting happiness we seek.
No prior experience needed and you can join anytime. Everyone is welcome.

Each of us wants to be happy and free from emotional pain, yet this can feel difficult in everyday relationships. Love is not just something we hope for, it is a skill we can learn and practise.
This course explores practical and inspiring ways to develop love, compassion, and genuine care for others, including how to respond wisely to challenging people and situations. By cherishing others more deeply, we naturally reduce conflict and strengthen our relationships.
As peace and love grow in our hearts, we develop patience, empathy, acceptance, and kindness. These qualities not only improve how we relate to others, but also help us feel happier, more confident, and more at ease within ourselves.
The teacher of this class is Natalie Eichelmann. Natalie is an experienced teacher of modern Kadampa Buddhism who is greatly admired for her kindness and loving example. Natalie's teachings are clear, straight-forward and relate perfectly to busy modern life.
