Join our three-week courses, starting on the second Wednesday of each month, to cultivate inner calm and clarity through meditation and Buddhist teachings.

Each course explores a new topic drawn from the Buddhist tradition, with a focus on relaxation, mindfulness, and love.

Arran Powell is a long-term meditator and experienced practitioner within the New Kadampa Tradition. Arran teaches with confidence and clarity, making meditation and Buddhist teachings accessible and engaging for people from all walks of life.
