Anger Management.

Thursday 6, 13, 20, 27 Jun

Can you fight for what you believe in without anger? Does anger create change or does it stifle it? Is anger a natural part of being human? Is it necessary or is there a way to set clear boundaries from a calm place of compassion without anger?

Buddhism reveals a peaceful path of kindness and compassion where the fire of anger is extinguished and our heart can be at peace at all times and in all situations.

Join this special three week course to learn clear and effective meditations to manage our anger and maintain our calm - however challenging those around us may be.

The teacher of this class is Colleen Isaacs. Colleen is an experienced Kadampa Buddhist teacher. Colleen’s friendly, engaging teaching style and clear presentation inspire people from all walks of life to find happiness and solve problems through the practice of modern Buddhism.
