Meditation Workshop
This is the simplest, most obvious truth, yet few of us have come to terms with this fact.
Once we do, we’ll find the energy to use our life in a meaningful way, and to help others through this very natural process.
Finding peace with our mortality, understanding the process of dying and how we can transform it into a powerful spiritual journey is at the heart of Buddhist practice. In his seminal work, Living Meaningfully, Dying Joyfully, Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso explains how we can:
- Make each day meaningful
- Become free from trivial worries and concerns
- Help others who are grieving
- Support those who are dying with a peaceful death process
- Master the powerful meditations of powa (transference of consciousness)
Joyfully,' an invaluable handbook to help ourselves and others.
