Healthy Habits for a Happy Mind.

Wednesday 21, 28 May | 4, 11 June

Our thoughts shape our reality—our mind can be our greatest ally or our biggest challenge. Imagine living in a way that naturally fosters happiness and inner peace.

Buddha taught that by cultivating the habit of positive thinking, we can navigate life with ease, bringing lightness, joy, and deep well-being into our daily experiences and relationships.

One of the kindest things we can do for ourselves and others in 2025 is to develop the habits of happiness!

Join us for this uplifting series of classes and discover practical ways to nurture a happy and healthy mind.
