The Illusion of Loneliness - Dandenong Ranges
with Daisy McClelland • Kadampa Meditation Centre Australia
Wednesdays 11am | In-person & Online
There’s an enormous difference between being alone and feeling lonely. Perhaps there’s been times in your life when you’ve felt lonely even while wrapped in someone’s arms. At other times maybe you’ve felt close and connected to loved ones while enjoying a cup of tea quietly and happily by yourself.
By meditating on love and the true nature of reality, we come to realize just how interconnected we all are. On this course dissolve away the thoughts that make us feel isolated and wake up from the illusion of loneliness and separation.
The Illusion of Loneliness will also be taught in Ballarat on Wednesdays 7.30pm. More information here.
