When problems arise, our habit is to react—trying to fix things, avoid discomfort, or make the feeling go away. But reacting without understanding often makes things worse and leaves us feeling stuck.
Buddha taught a different approach. Instead of immediately doing something, we can learn to sit with our experience, observe the mind, and allow wisdom to arise. By creating space between the problem and our response, we find clarity, calm, and the ability to move forward with peace.
On this course, learn how to pause, reflect, and respond with a calm mind. Through meditation and practical teachings, discover the power of not reacting and how inner stillness can transform even the most difficult situations.
