Meditation Workshop
We live in a fast-paced world filled with distractions, constant notifications, and endless comparisons. It’s easy to feel overwhelmed, restless, and disconnected from ourselves.
But peace isn’t something we find by switching off the world, it’s something we discover by changing the way we relate to it. Buddha’s timeless wisdom shows us how to stay calm and centred, no matter what’s happening around us.
On this course, learn how to step back from mental busyness, quiet the inner noise, and reconnect with a peaceful mind. With simple meditations and new ways of thinking, discover how to live with more clarity, focus, and joy in everyday life.Teacher.
