How to Solve Our Human Problems: The Four Noble Truths.

Class fee: $15 (free for members)

Tuesdays 21, 28 Oct | 4, 11 Nov

Brunswick (Temporary Location) |
Classes will be temporarily held at Studio Take Care, 1 Pitt St, Brunswick.

This class is normally taught by Resident Teacher Gen Kelsang Rabten - please click here to book.

If the way we've been trying to solve our problems really worked, we would be running out of problems, but new problems keep appearing and the old ones often come back to haunt us. In Buddhist meditation we can find real solutions that actually solve our problems once and for all.

By examining some fundamental truths about our mind and life in general, we will gain a clear insight into what we need to do to find that happy, peaceful life we've always wanted. In particular we will stop getting annoyed with or irritated by others however they behave. Join this course for a better, happier life.
