Meditations on the Stages of the Path to Enlightenment (Lamrim) | Month 10 - Wed 16 Oct

Every month | 7 - 8.15pm | KMC Australia (Dandenong Ranges)

The Stages of the Path to Enlightenment meditations (or Lamrim in Tibetan) are a condensation of all Buddha's teachings that is easy to understand and put into practice, enabling us to gain deep meditative insights of every step of our journey to the supreme permanent peace of mind that is enlightenment. Through employing the very special practical presentation of these meditations by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche in his book The Mirror of Dharma with Additions, we will definitely accomplish the real meaning of our precious human life.

Join us for these monthly larmim sessions, with clear brief explanations of the meditation, encouragement and the opportunity to practice together in a blessed supportive environment. These sessions will be the foundation on which you can build your regular lamrim meditation practice, which in turn will carry you to the supreme inner peace you are capable of enjoying and sharing with others.
